SEATTLE, June 2, 2025 -- ABC Legal Services, LLC, the nation's largest service of process provider, today announced the acquisitions of On the Run Legal Solutions LLC (OTR) and Specialized Attorney Services (SAS), two well-established legal support firms operating in Arizona and California, respectively. 

These strategic acquisitions enable ABC Legal to deepen its investment in infrastructure, logistics, and state-level expertise—enhancing performance and reliability in two important and fast-growing markets in the country. Arizona continues to experience rapid population and economic growth, and California remains a cornerstone of the legal services industry.
